EYES: Green NOTES: Had been imprisoned previously, but has since escaped and believed to be suffering from radiation mutation. Advise caution, do not approach. REWARD FOR CAPTURE: 32,000 simoleons NUMBER FOUR NAME: Eric Victor Frankenstoat AGE: 39 DESCRIPTION: A weasel with shaggy brown fur and three quiffs of blonde hair atop his head. His clothing consists of only a white lab coat and a pair of black wellington boots. EYES: Bloodshot NOTES: Wanted on 11 counts of treason, 8 for attempted murder, 7 for theft and 2 for parking without lights. Take caution if approaching, this mammal is dangerous. REWARD FOR CAPTURE: 29,500 simoleons NUMBER FIVE NAME: The Baggie Brothers (Frank and Frederick) AGE: Both 26 DESCRIPTION: Twin racoons in scarlet uniform with communist insignia. EYES: (Frank) Yellow, (Fredrick) Saffron. NOTES: These twins caused havoc after murdering UAC Councillor Privet, who discouraged Communism. Both recently escaped, and their whereabouts are unknown. EYES: Brown NOTES: "The Scarlet Bleeder" as he is better known has terrorised space-highways for generations. Following a break-out with The Baggie Brothers, Rick is believed to be in hiding. Last seen in orbit of Planet Quanta, but current wherabouts are unknown. He is dressed like an old-fashioned street magician. EYES: Unknown, hidden by a black eye-mask. NOTES: A re-occuring bank-robber, Mumbo appears to wield some fantastic magical powers. Be aware, he easily eludes capture. REWARD FOR CAPTURE: 10,500 simoleons NUMBER NINE NAME: The Dalek Emperor AGE: Not classified DESCRIPTION: A gold-plated tinpot machine resembling a giant sphere. EYES: White sensor with a blue tint NOTES: The Daleks have posed less of a threat in more recent times with less and less attacks or sightings, however please do be cautious. REWARD FOR CAPTURE: 9,000 simoleons NUMBER TEN NAME: Richard Quatro AGE: 16 DESCRIPTION: A very aggressive teenage wolf with a deep voice, glasses and a dark green jumper. He suffers from acne and has poor fashion sense. EYES: Blue NOTES: Responsible for damage totalling 18,000 simoleons as well as both physical and emotional abuse to school prefects, Richard has been expelled from two previous schools, and has caused classroom anarchy on at least 14 occassions.
