BUCKY O'HARE TRANSFORMERS WASABI: Whoa, what a rush. He looked down at the sleeping Ninjara snuggled against his chest a peaceful smile on her face as she lay with her head resting comfortably on his torso her arms hanging to either side of his body. WASABI: She really does love me. How lucky am I. He gently rubbed the vixen's back yet she hardly stirred or made a sound in reply. He grinned to himself. WASABI: If she did defect from the Decepticons in the end...and became an Autobot instead, then both of us could work together like Batman and Robin. He continued to think about that idea before he fell asleep himself. At the residence of DuWitt above the Musee Mechanique Arcade it was the engineer enjoying dinner with Jenny Cat, Dead-Eye Duck and Bucky Hare as they again remembered the glory days of waging war against the Toad Empire. BUCKY: And with the destruction of Komplex the toad population no longer became mindless zombie slaves. DEAD-EYE: All planets were freed from its evil control. JENNY: The United Animals Federation was saved. WILLY: And all of you became guardians of the universe. JENNY: And you too of course. The first ever terran engineer from another galaxy. WILLY: I felt like Buck Rogers or Flash Gordon. DEAD-EYE: Who were they? WILLY: Fictional characters of radio drama shows in the 1930s-1940s era that told about human heroes battling alien forces in the universe. BUCKY: Wow! After dinner DuWitt Junior told stories of his favorite amusement parks that he and his parents always visited, Disneyland and Universal Studios. He described how Disneyland was created by Walt and his brother Roy Disney who started off as animators in the 1920s-1930s decades in Los Angeles...the first black & white cartoon characters of Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle Cow created by the brothers, the first black & white movie "Steamboat Willie" shown to the public that won Mickey an Academy Award, the first full-length animated film "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" in 1937, etc. WILLY: It was in the 1950s when Walt would take his daughters Diane and Sharon Disney to Griffith Park on Saturdays and he would sit and watch his children play with other children while their parents sat and watched them have fun. That is when Walt decided to build a theme park for families to play and have fun together. DEAD-EYE: Shiver me timbers! He did it? WILLY: He did, with help from his older brother and construction companies he hired to build his Magic Kingdom. JENNY: Amazing... BUCKY: Cool... Willy also told how Disneyland opened its gates on July 17, 1955 and lots of people came to visit the Magic Kingdom. Then over the years to come the park continued to grow and change with new attractions, parades, firework night-time shows, shops, stores, restaurants coming and going as usual. From the invention of Audio Animatronics, the New York World's Fair of 1964-65, the tragic death of Walt Disney from lung cancer in 1966, etc. WILLY: After his death it was Roy who took over his brother's company and continued working on the second Disney theme park in Orlando Florida which would be known as Walt Disney World named in honor of Walt himself. BUCKY: Oh, that was a good idea to name a theme park after Walt. WILLY: Then Roy passed away in 1971 just months after the opening of the MK in WDW. JENNY: Oh no... DEAD-EYE: Blistering barnacles... DuWitt Junior went on with the stories of Disneyland and Walt Disney World...from EpCot, MGM-Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney, etc. Then it was time for Bucky and friends to return to base. DEAD-EYE: Thanks for the dinner and stories, mate. BUCKY: Yes, we had fun. WILLY: Feel free to drop in again anytime. JENNY: We'll do that, lover-boy. See you. BUCKY: I saw that... DEAD-EYE: Kissy-face... JENNY: KILL! WILLY: After they left William cleaned up his apartment then got ready for bed. The moment he turned off the light and settled into bed...it was Jenny who appeared once again at his bedside. JENNY: Can we again make love tonight, please? WILLY: Certainly my dear. In the blink of an eye they were play-wrestling fiercely with each other as they grappled for control over their naked bodies as the rush of adrenaline surged through them both. Moments later both were asleep in their embrace dreaming happy visions throughout the night until morning the next day. That next morning it was Willy and Jenny having breakfast. JENNY: That was so romantic, the way we have fun. WILLY: It's as if we were made to be friends forever. JENNY: And don't forget lovers, eh? After breakfast the telepathic expert returned to Autobot headquarters to see what Bucky and company were up to at the moment yet all appeared calm and normal after the battle at the dam with their enemy. At the same time it was Triax making another inspection of his starship with his bodyguard as always. KALE: Our starship is almost finished with repairs. TRIAX: Good, very good. And the Energon cubes? KALE: About half of what we already have stored away for the moment. TRIAX: Not enough to appease my boss back home. We may need to hit another target soon enough but where? Kale pondered this for a moment then remembering the list he made for his leader quickly scanned among the many images until deciding on a particular location. KALE: My lord, we can acquire resources at this site here. TRIAX: Eh, what is that. KALE: I believe they are known as mines like those on Warren back home. TRIAX: Ah, yes. But what kind of energy could we find inside them? KALE: I had Ravage and LaserBeak scout around inside the shafts and they came back with the following images. Triax gazed at the images then his eyes widened in curiousity at what appeared to be yellow colored rocks embedded in the dirt walls. TRIAX: What are those? KALE: Ravage told me it appears to be some kind of deposits called gold. TRIAX: Gold?!! Kale nodded then explained it could be possible to convert the gold deposits into a source of energy in creating Energon cubes. Kahn's face lit up. TRIAX: Excellent! I can almost see it right now, he-he-he... All of a sudden he was startled by a sound behind his back so to speak. TRIAX: What was that... He and Kale went to investigate and saw Fiona test-firing at stand-up targets. Unfortunately the laser cannon and tripod was connected to one of the Energon cubes and its contents nearly drained away. TRIAX: Fiona! What in the universe are you doing? FIONA: Testing the power of the Energon cubes to see how they work. KALE: Oh I can see that. TRIAX: Did you think they would not function? FIONA: You never tested them, I proved it. TRIAX: Oh yeah? At least you only used up one cube as far as I can tell. We'll still need more hits before we have enough energy to return to Warren. FIONA: What's the difference? TRIAX: The difference is time you fool. You set us back! Angered at his 2nd in Command's stupidity the Decepticon leader was about to strike down Fiona who defiantly stood her ground not budging from his wrath. That is when Kale intervened. KALE: I would suggest we also look for rocket fuel if we are to return home again. At the same time...Professor Callaghan and his daughter Abigail were having a picnic in Golden Gate Park. With them was Judy Hops of course telling stories of working the streets of Zootopia and combating crime with her partner Nick Wilde. JUDY: And that is how I got Nick to enter the Academy like I did previously and graduated as a police officer too. ABIGAIL: Good for you. ROBERT: So he's no longer a con-artist trying to make a fortune? JUDY: Nope...he's straightened up and doing good deeds now. All of a sudden she stiffened as a startled expression appeared on her face. ABIGAIL: What is it? Judy didn't answer right away. Instead she appeared to be listening to something Robert or Abby could not hear themselves. Snapping out of her trance she exclaimed. JUDY: Oh no, the Decepticons are about to hit another target. They're going to steal gold deposits from some mines. ROBERT: What-the?!! Not the former abandoned gold mines of Hill Valley. JUDY: Pardon? ABIGAIL: The mines are located in the hills not far from an abandoned ghost town called Hill Valley back in the 1800s that was once populated during the gold rush era. ROBERT: We better radio Bucky Hare and warn him. JUDY: Already on it sir. Come on, we'll head back to base pronto. Father and daughter climbed aboard and they raced away. Meanwhile...Fiona was getting mad at Triax always scolding her about stepping out of line. FIONA: Don't push me Kahn, my desire for power is as great as yours. TRIAX: Power flows to the one who knows how to use it wisely. Desire alone is not enough. FIONA: Bah! I can wait. TRIAX: Assemble the strike force. Soon after the Decepticons were flying away in the direction of the ghost town and its abandoned gold mines. TO BE CONTINUED...
